Over the last few months, we renovated the Pinzoo website with YOU in mind. Pinzoo is becoming easier to use, and easier for you to refill your phone; so you probably ran into the words “top-up” or “pin-code” thinking, “what in the world does that mean?”…Here I am to save the day and clarify!
Let’s start with a Pin-code…
A pin-code is an all numerical number that comes with a set of refill instructions you can follow to add the funds into your phone manually. For example, if you select the “buy a PIN-code” option, following your payment, the PIN-code will be posted into your Pinzoo account with refill instructions.
On the other hand, a top-up is a quicker and easier way to purchase more minutes or pay your bill. When selecting the top-up and clicking “check out”, you will be prompted to enter the phone number you would like the funds applied to and upon payment completion the funds will automatically be applied to that phone number. No other additional steps required with a top-up.
We have the convenient top-up option for the following mobile carriers:
- AT&T GoPhone
- H2O Wireless
- Net10 Wireless
- Simple Mobile
- Ultra Mobile
- Verizon Wireless
If you have any questions about the pin-code or top-up options, feel free to contact the Pinzoo team at 1-888-697-4696 between the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (M-F) and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PST (Sat-Sun).
